You can obtain an electronic signature via the Evrotrust app. Follow the installation and authentication steps and you will be able to sign documents remotely:
- Download the Evrotrust app from Google Play or the App Store.
- Follow the instructions for registration and identification.
- Get the necessary documents from your broker and sign them remotely via the app.
- Return the signed documents to Lions Group and you will receive your electronically signed copy.
Documents for which the law requires notarisation of the signature and/or their content (e.g. powers of attorney for the sale or purchase of property and related declarations), as well as documents subject to registration in the Property Register at the Registry Agency (e.g. notarial deeds) cannot be signed electronically. Lease agreements or Preliminary Agreements also cannot be signed with an electronic signature if the parties require notarisation and entry in the Property Registry.

- Deposit/guarantee contract: After selecting the property and specifying the parameters with your consultant.
- Preliminary Purchase and Sale Agreement: after agreeing on the parameters of the transaction.
- Lease: If the terms of the lease transaction have been agreed and you are unable to attend in person.
